Nox products is currently available for pre-sale only. All pre-sale orders are expected to ship in June 2026. By placing a pre-sale order, you acknowledge and accept this estimated fulfillment timeline.
We will notify you via email with tracking information once your order has shipped. If there are any changes to the expected ship date, we will communicate those updates to you promptly.
All pre-sale orders ship free — no minimum order required. This free shipping offer applies exclusively to pre-sale purchases and is not subject to any spending threshold.
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before your shipment is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
All orders are shipped via Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Nox Beverages ships through a network of carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL eCommerce. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your delivery address and order details. You will receive carrier and tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.
Pre-sale orders ship free with no minimum purchase required.
For all orders placed after the pre-sale period: free standard shipping is available on orders over [THRESHOLD — e.g. $50]. Orders below this threshold will be charged a shipping fee calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Please update this threshold before publishing.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order (outside of the pre-sale period), please contact us at communications@drinknox.com.
Nox Beverages is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, or any other circumstances outside of our control. Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you.
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and around your property, then contact your carrier directly. If the issue remains unresolved, reach out to us at communications@drinknox.com and we will do our best to assist.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at communications@drinknox.com within 48 hours of delivery. As outlined in our Refund & Guarantee Policy, you will need to provide photo or video evidence of the damage for our team to review. Upon approval, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete before submitting your order. Nox Beverages is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately at communications@drinknox.com. We will do our best to update your address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
