Refund policy

30-Night Sleep Guarantee

We stand behind Nox products. If you try it for at least 7 consecutive nights and aren’t sleeping better, we’ll refund your purchase — no return required.

To request a refund under this guarantee, simply contact us at communications@drinknox.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note on your experience. That’s it.

Please note: This guarantee is available to first-time customers on their first order only, and is limited to one claim per household. A minimum trial of 7 nights is required to be eligible.

Damages & Defective Orders

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at communications@drinknox.com so we can make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement on a defective or damaged order, you must submit photo or video evidence clearly showing the issue. All submissions will be reviewed by our team, and refunds or replacements will be authorized only upon approval. We aim to review all evidence submissions within 2–3 business days.

Please retain your original packaging and all items until your claim has been reviewed and resolved.

Non-Returnable Items

As a consumable beverage product, opened Nox products bottles cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please initiate a return where eligible and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not yet received it, please contact us at communications@drinknox.com.
